Terms of service
Last updated 12 October 2026 · Merciglobal Systems Pvt Ltd, Surat, Gujarat, India
1. The service
MerciSync is a subscription software service that syncs your catalog, stock, prices and orders between you and the marketplaces you connect. Marketplaces are independent third parties; their rules, fees, approvals and outages apply to you directly.
2. Your account
You must give accurate company and tax details, keep credentials safe and are responsible for actions taken through your users and API keys. You must be authorised to connect each marketplace account you connect.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- The trial lasts 14 days. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Cashfree Payments; prices exclude 18% GST, and a GST tax invoice is issued for every payment.
- Upgrades take effect at once and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
- If a payment is not made by the period end, the account is past due for 7 days, then suspended (sync paused, API read-only), and cancelled after a further 60 days.
- Plan limits apply. The monthly order limit is soft: we do not drop orders, but may ask you to upgrade.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the API (beyond your rate limit, scraping, probing other tenants), upload unlawful content or listings, or use the service in breach of marketplace policies.
5. Data
You own your catalog and order data. We process buyer personal data as your processor, as described in the privacy notice. You can export your data at any time, and for 60 days after cancellation.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep sync running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly where marketplaces throttle or change their APIs. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or marketplace penalties.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
