Questions
Which marketplaces are supported?
Amazon India (SP-API), Flipkart (Marketplace Seller API) and Myntra (partner MMIP). Meesho, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, JioMart, Tata CLiQ and Shopify are on the roadmap.
Do I need developer accounts?
No. You authorise MerciSync from your seller account. Myntra needs partner credentials that Myntra issues to you.
How fast is stock updated?
Changes are pushed within 5 minutes (p95) — Pro plans every 30 seconds. Orders reserve stock immediately.
Where is my data?
On Merciglobal servers in India. We keep only the minimum buyer data (name, city, state, pincode) — see the privacy notice.
